Oerlikon is seeking a Maintenance Technician for weekend shifts (Fri–Sun, 12:00 pm–12:00 am) at the Westbury, NY facility. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of manufacturing equipment.

PLC and welding experience are plus factors, with a strong emphasis on safety and CMMS record-keeping. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in maintenance, exposure to automated systems, and ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• 3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with automated equipment and mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain production equipment.
• Perform planned and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical/hydraulic faults.
• Use CMMS to record maintenance activities.
• Manage parts inventory and ordering.
• Follow all safety SOPs and plant rules.
