Job summary

Honda Development and Manufacturing of America, LLC is seeking skilled maintenance personnel to support production equipment across departments. Responsibilities include emergency response, preventive maintenance, and plant shutdown support to keep lines running.

The role requires troubleshooting robots, servo and electrical systems, interpreting prints, and detailing work in the CMMS. This on-site position offers overtime potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair robots, servo systems, electrical systems, automated machinery and mechanical systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to read electrical, mechanical and hydraulic prints.
• Good computer skills and sound decision making for efficient fixes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment downtime, troubleshoot root causes and repair.
• Support weekend preventative maintenance and plant shutdown activity.
• Assist with new equipment installations and modifications.
• Document all equipment activity in the Maximo system and report downtime.
• Attend shift meetings and provide cross-functional support.
