Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Service Technician on 2nd/B shift to maintain and repair automated machinery in a manufacturing setting. The role requires troubleshooting of robots, servo systems, electrical and hydraulic components and the ability to read complex prints.

Maximo experience and a maintenance background are preferred. The position offers overtime, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within Honda's manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year maintenance degree preferred.
• Experience with robots, servo systems, electrical/hydraulic/mechanical processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Time management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair robots, servo systems, electrical and hydraulic equipment.
• Interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings.
• Complete work orders and support production for line efficiency.
• Document daily activity in Maximo Equipment Management System.
• Support weekend preventive maintenance, new equipment installations and modifications
