Honda is seeking qualified technicians to support the building, installing, and maturation of production equipment and new model tooling across North America. You will assist in transferring technologies from development teams into production facilities and provide production support as needed.

The role requires 2+ years in a mechanical field, with experience in maintenance programs, tooling/build shops, or robotics, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of related mechanical experience or a qualifying degree.
• Maintenance program, tooling build shop or robotic program experience, project leadership/planning capability, written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Ensure equipment and/or software is running properly for production by following standard procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair tooling, leveraging training to begin independent troubleshooting of low-risk items.
• Identify potential for process and quality improvement and escalate to Supervisor.
• Support new model activity as assigned by project leader and Leadership.
• Participate in checks, tests, trials under supervision of experienced Technicians and Leadership.
• Collaborate with other Technicians as appropriate.
