Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an Applications Engineer to bridge robotic systems and customer applications by translating requirements into deployable solutions, validating them on real hardware, and supporting training.

You will collaborate across mechanical, controls, software, and vision disciplines, own project definitions, drive delivery, and incorporate field feedback to improve applications.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams on complex systems.
• Strong understanding of sensors, encoders, laser range finders, and optics.
• Experience delivering customer-facing products with training and feedback loops.
• Experience developing and executing test protocols per industry standards.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge of CAD, GD&T, drawings, and metrology concepts.
• Ability to define project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
