Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in robotic welding or automated welding environments.
• Relocation assistance not provided; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Hodges, SC; sponsorship not offered.
• Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt from the geographic area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain robotic welding systems (6-axis robots, welding cells).
• Modify robot paths, touch-ups, and offsets to ensure weld quality.
• Perform basic robot programming and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with maintenance/engineering to resolve automation issues.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and fixtures.
• Utilize calipers and gauges to verify engineering standards.
• Follow safety policies, maintain 5S+ in area, and wear PPE.
