Job summary

stow is seeking a Welding Machine Operator for the 1st shift in Adairsville, GA, to program, operate, and troubleshoot automated welding systems. You will load/unload beams, read blueprints, monitor weld quality, and perform basic maintenance to keep the robotics cell running efficiently.

• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Basic MIG/TIG welding skills required and safe material handling.
• Experience with robotic welding cells and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, run, and maintain automated welding robots.
• Load/unload beams and position workpieces using jigs/fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specs.
• Perform quality checks and maintain production logs.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the cell.
