Job summary

stow Group in Adairsville, GA seeks a Beam Line Welding Machine Operator to set up, program, run, and maintain automated welding robots. You will load/unload beams, read blueprints, and monitor weld quality with gauges, performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure safety and high quality outputs.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and experience with robotic welding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training a plus.
• Experience with stamping and Roll forming presses and manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings, strong mechanical aptitude.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, run, and maintain automated welding robots.
• Load/unload beams and read blueprints to ensure correct alignment.
• Monitor weld quality with gauges and perform basic maintenance.
• Troubleshoot errors and ensure safety and cleanliness on the line.
• Complete production logs, downtime reports, and quality records.
