Job summary

stow Group is seeking a Beam Line Welding Machine Operator in Adairsville, GA to set up, program, run, and maintain automated welding robots. You will load/unload beams, read blueprints, monitor weld quality, and perform basic maintenance to ensure high-quality beam components.

The role requires reading blueprints, operating welding robots, and following strict safety and quality processes while documenting production activities and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings.
• Programming and operating welding robots per engineering specs.
• Perform quality checks with gauges/calipers and document results.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, run and maintain automated welding robots.
• Load/unload beams and position parts with fixtures/jigs.
• Monitor weld quality and adjust parameters for specs.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot errors.
