Job summary

STOW Group, a leading supply chain and automation solutions provider, is seeking a Welding Machine Operator Robot Rework on 1st shift in Adairsville, GA. You will program and operate automated welding robots to repair defective welds and ensure parts meet specs.

You will load/unload parts, read blueprints, monitor weld quality, and perform basic maintenance while following safety protocols and documenting production logs. Experience with MIG/TIG and PLCs is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training a plus.
• Previous experience with stamping and roll forming presses and manufacturing
• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings, schematics, welding symbols with strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of measuring tools
• Ability to adapt and create welding jigs
• Detail-oriented, good problem-solving, teamwork, physical stamina (lifting, standing )
• Manual welding certificate required (AWS certification preferred). MIG/TIG often required
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting
• Physical ability to lift and move parts
• Preferred experience with Siemens PLCs
