Job summary

stow Group in Adairsville, GA is hiring a Welding Robot Rework Technician for the 2nd shift. You will program and operate automated welding robots, load beams, read blueprints, monitor welds, and perform basic maintenance to ensure quality.

Ideal candidates have basic MIG/TIG skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot production issues while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training a plus.
• Experience with stamping/roll forming presses and manufacturing preferred.
• Basic MIG/TIG welding skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, run and maintain automated welding robots.
• Load/unload beams, read blueprints, monitor weld quality with gauges.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot errors.
• Document production logs and quality records.
• Ensure safety and maintain clean work area.
