Job summary

STOW Group is seeking a Welding Machine Operator to support robot rework on the 2nd shift in Adairsville, GA. The role focuses on setting up, programming, and operating automated welding systems to repair and rework welds per blueprints and specifications.

You will load/unload parts, monitor weld quality, and perform routine maintenance while following safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic manual welding skills (MIG/TIG) preferred.
• Reading blueprints/technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, run and maintain automated welding robots.
• Load/unload beams and position workpieces with jigs/fixtures.
• Monitor weld quality using gauges and cameras; perform basic maintenance.
