Calance, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Robotic Welding for a 12-month onsite contract in Princeton, IN. Start date ASAP.

The role focuses on process planning, machine specification, procurement, installation, and project cost control to support manufacturing with robotic welding equipment. Required are at least 1 year of robotic, automotive, and tooling experience, plus a BS in Engineering or equivalent.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years Automotive or Manufacturing hands-on engineering experience.
• 1+ years Robotic Experience.
• 1+ years AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) experience.

Responsibilities

• Process planning and machine specification creation.
• Machine/equipment procurement and installation/trial management.
• Quality analysis, adjustment and cost reduction, and project management.
