Yaskawa seeks a Robotic Automation & Weld Programmer for 2nd or 3rd shift in Duluth, MN / Superior, WI. The role centers on offline CAD-to-path simulation, multi-axis Yaskawa/Motoman programming, and heavy-gauge MIG welding in a state-of-the-art robotics environment.

You will perform true ground-up offline programming, optimize cell movements, and verify weld quality while mentoring operators; enjoy a competitive hourly rate with shift premiums and a profit-sharing plan.

Formación

• 3+ years of robotic weld cell setup and programming.
• Experience with offline CAD-to-path simulation.
• Heavy-plate MIG welding and weld symbol literacy.
• US work authorization and commuting to the Duluth, MN / Superior, WI area.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and simulate offline programs for multi-pass weldments.
• Tune welding parameters for efficiency and penetration.
• Troubleshoot multi-axis robot motion faults and welding issues.
• Verify weld quality to AWS/specifications and blueprints.
• Train and mentor cell operators on fixture loading and setup procedures.
• Maintain robotic welding equipment and preventive maintenance.
