Qualifications

• 3+ years in robotic welding including setup, operation and programming.
• Proficiency with offline CAD-to-path tools (Robotmaster, MotoSim).
• Strong heavy-plate MIG welding and blueprint reading with weld symbols.
• Ability to read part geometries and plan fixture layouts from scratch.
• Stable employment history with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Execute offline CAD-to-path simulation to generate collision-free programs.
• Optimize welding parameters for efficiency and full-penetration welds.
• Troubleshoot robot motion, seam-tracking, and hardware issues.
• Verify weld quality and AWS compliance against blueprints.
• Train and mentor cell operators on fixture loading and setup.
• Maintain robotic welding equipment and consumables.
