Job summary

MS Metal Solutions in Michigan is seeking a Robotic Weld Technician to operate, program, and maintain robotic welding systems, ensuring precise, high-quality welded components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will set up equipment, adjust parameters, inspect welds, perform testing, and contribute to SOPs while following safety protocols. A welding certification and hands-on robotic experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification in welding technology or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate robotic welding machines and equipment.
• Program robotic welders to produce parts according to specifications.
• Adjust welding parameters to optimize weld quality and production efficiency.
• Inspect welded parts for defects and maintain quality records.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and diagnose malfunctions.
• Follow safety procedures and collaborate with maintenance personnel.
