Job summary

ES MFG in Dexter, MI is seeking an experienced Robotic Welder for a full-time manufacturing role. You will operate and maintain robotic welding equipment, perform MIG welding, read blueprints, and ensure weld quality.

We’re hiring experienced Robotic Welders for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Dexter, MI. If you have strong MIG welding skills, can read blueprints and welding symbols, and have experience troubleshooting or operating robotic welding equipment, we want to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hr

1st Shift: 4:00 AM–2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–1:00 AM

What You’ll Do

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety footwear.
