Job summary

ES MFG in Dexter, MI is seeking experienced Robotic Welders for a full-time manufacturing role. You will operate and maintain robotic welding equipment, perform MIG welding per blueprints, and read welding symbols to ensure quality parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 4 years of welding and fitting experience.
• Strong MIG/wire-feed welding skills.
• Advanced ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Ability to troubleshoot welding and robotic equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to successfully complete required welding certification.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain robotic welding equipment to produce quality parts.
• Set up and operate gas-shielded MIG welding equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Program basic robotic functions and assist with weld adjustments.
• Troubleshoot robotic welding and equipment issues.
• Perform equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance.
• Rework parts using welding equipment, hand tools, and robot programming adjustments.
• Complete inventory and production transactions using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
