Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain robotic welding equipment to produce quality parts.
• Set up and operate gas-shielded MIG welding equipment.
• Perform welding and fit-up according to blueprints and specifications.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols.
• Program basic robotic functions and assist with weld adjustments.
• Troubleshoot robotic welding and equipment issues.
• Perform equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance.
• Rework parts using welding equipment, hand tools, and robot programming adjustments.
• Complete inventory and production transactions using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
