Job summary

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in marketing/business/comms and at least four years in healthcare commercial roles, with strong project management and event coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of four years in healthcare commercial roles (e.g. marketing, sales, sales operations, sales training).
• Experience supporting congresses, customer events, training programs, or commercial marketing initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in MedTech or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing and commercial events, congresses, customer visits, and engagement programs.
• Manage event logistics, agency partners, vendor relationships, and budgets.
• Support HCP customer engagement activities, including contracts, NDAs, travel, and compliance-related documentation.
• Deliver memorable and high-quality customer engagements by proactively managing communications, logistics, schedules, and on-site experiences.
• Provide project management support across marketing and commercial initiatives, tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs and operational excellence.
• Support marketing collateral development and copy approval.
