Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of an approved Surgical Technician program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile technique and organize the operating room.
• Assist in instrument passing and counts with circulator.
• Prepare back table and mayo stand; restock and set up supplies for procedures.
• Provide intraoperative scrub support and assist with patient positioning and transport.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required by the department.
