Qualifications

• 7+ years of surgical robotics experience, including 3+ years in management or program leadership.
• Strong knowledge of robotic surgery operations, OR workflows, and multi-site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and growth of the robotic surgery program.
• Oversee daily operations and resource allocation.
• Build and retain a dedicated core robotic surgery team.
• Develop robotics policies and quality review processes.
• Monitor KPIs and program performance.
