Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist, Joint Replacement to advance orthopedic surgeries worldwide. You will gain deep clinical and technical expertise across robotic Mako and manual procedures, supporting surgeons in the OR with planning, setup, and real-time workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or a combination of education and related experience.
• Preferred clinical experience (nursing, physical therapy, surgical tech, athletic training, etc.).
• Ability to work in fast-paced OR environments and handle on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Cover solo cases for manual and robotic procedures with hands-on training.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Prepare cases with instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues confidently in the operating room.
• Support daily account coordination, inventory management, and logistics.
