Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to help improve orthopedic surgeries worldwide. You will gain hands-on experience with Mako SmartRobotics and manual procedures, assisting with pre-operative planning, system setup, and real-time procedural workflows to ensure safe, accurate outcomes.

You will support CT-based planning, implant sizing, and intra-operative support while shadowing experienced teammates, participating in labs, demonstrations, and trainings to become a world-class clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Associates degree with 4 years of related experience acceptable.
• High school diploma with 6 years of related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning and implant sizing.
• Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Shadow teammates and participate in product demonstrations and trainings.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and cross-functional partners.
• Manage accounts, system updates, and case documentation.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
