Job summary

Rep-Lite is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support robotic-assisted surgical programs across the Florida Panhandle. This field-based role combines clinical expertise, surgeon training, and OR support to drive adoption and growth of robotic technology.

The ideal candidate has OR experience and enjoys collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and hospital leadership while traveling locally within the Panhandle. This is a field-based position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a clinical/ OR support role in medical devices or surgical settings.
• Odinary hospital operating room experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical support during robotic-assisted procedures.
• Train surgeons, nurses and OR staff on robotic systems.
• Support setup, workflow integration and troubleshooting of robotic technology.
• Drive adoption and case coverage across the Florida Panhandle territory.
• Build relationships with surgeons and hospital leadership.
