Voll Recruiting is seeking a Surgical First Assistant for a dedicated robotic and orthopedics team in San Antonio, TX. The role requires an active LSA or CSFA with Texas licensure eligibility; RNFA candidates with Texas RN license are also considered. Robotic surgery experience (da Vinci) and laparoscopic skills preferred.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 30–35 hours; no call or weekends. Base salary $110,000–$130,000 with quarterly bonuses, relocation stipend, and sign‑on bonus, plus benefits and

Qualifications

• Active LSA or CSFA with eligibility to license in Texas.
• RNFA candidates: active Texas RN license.
• Robotic surgery first‑assist experience, ideally da Vinci and laparoscopic.
• Comfortable as the first assistant working alongside the operating surgeon.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑assist support during robotic surgery cases in general surgery, OB/GYN and urology with the surgeon and OR team.
• Assist in spine cases within orthopedics and minimally invasive neurosurgery.
• First assistants here move into management roles over time, with upward mobility within the group.
