Job summary

Voll Recruiting seeks a Surgical First Assistant (LSA/CSFA or RNFA) for a dedicated robotic surgery team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role covers general, OB/GYN and urology cases with a Monday–Friday schedule, 30–35 hours per week and no on-call requirements.

The base salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Active LSA or CSFA credential with eligibility to license in Texas.
• RNFA candidates: active Texas RN license or multistate compact license.
• Robotic surgery first-assist experience, ideally da Vinci and laparoscopic.
• Experience across general surgery, OB/GYN or urology cases.
• Comfortable as the first assistant working alongside the operating surgeon.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-assist support during robotic surgery cases in general surgery, OB/GYN and urology, working directly with the surgeon and the OR team.
• Support a stable weekly schedule within a established surgical services organization.

Job description

A Surgical First Assistant group is seeking an LSA/CSFA or RNFA within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, for a dedicated robotic surgery team covering general surgery, OB/GYN and urology. Monday to Friday, 30 to 35 hours, no call and no weekends. $110,000 to $130,000 base plus quarterly bonuses.

The role

• Provide first-assist support during robotic surgery cases in general surgery, OB/GYN and urology, working directly with the surgeon and the OR team
• Established surgical services organization with a consistent case mix and a stable weekly schedule
• First assistants here move into management roles over time, so there is upward mobility within the group and growth opportunity if desired

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Typically 30 to 35 hours per week

Compensation and benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $110,000 - $130,000, paid annually and based on experience
• Quarterly bonus opportunity of approximately $2,000 per quarter
