Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a surgical first assist in General Robotic Surgery.
• Current Texas State License (willing to help obtain if relocating).
• Board certified by NCCPA and active BLS/ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a Surgical First Assistant in the Operating Room.
• Positions and drapes the patient under the direction of the surgeon.
• Suturing and retracting of all tissue layers.
• Assists in intra-operative care and performs technical duties as assigned.
• Conducts comprehensive and problem-focused histories and physical examinations.
• Rotating on-call responsibilities.
