Job summary

Aesculap Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive opportunities for capital neurosurgery products in a hybrid, multi-market territory.

The role requires engaging with executive-level customers, developing strategic proposals, and guiding the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4+ years in medical device sales or disruptive technology, travels frequently, and holds a valid driver’s license and passport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of capital and/or disruptive technology experience within the medical device industry.
• Frequent business travel required.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Develops a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products within territory.
• Implements executive level selling strategies by initiating sales calls, developing proposals, and building relationships with customers at top levels.
• Controls the sales process through targeting buyers and influencers and overcoming objections to win opportunities.
• Projects executive presence and professionalism to interact with C-level executives.
• Observes surgical procedures as required to stay informed about industry trends.
