Aesculap Neurosurgery Sales Specialist is a remote-positioned role in the United States, focused on developing and executing sales strategies for capital products across designated territories. Located for impact in the US, this position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in medical device tech, and willingness to travel internationally as needed.Expect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of capital and/or disruptive technology experience within the medical device industry.
• Frequent business travel required; Valid driver's license and passport.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed; On-call hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products within territory.
• Implements executive level selling strategies by initiating sales calls, developing proposals and action plans, and building relationships with C-level executives.
• Controls the sales process through targeting buyers and influencers and overcoming objections to win opportunities.
• Projects executive presence to interact with C-level executives.
• Observes surgical procedures as required to stay informed about industry trends.
• Responds to customer needs and coordinates between customer, Neuro BU, Customer Service, and Credit departments.
