Job summary

Southern Perfection Fabrication in Byron, GA is seeking a production welder to run MIG welding and FANUC robotic cells on real programs for Southeast manufacturers. You will read blueprints and weld symbols, set up your station, and weld weldments, racks, frames and structures to print.

Shift options include four 10‑hour days, weekend cycles, overtime, training, a retention bonus and a clear path to growth in a safety‑minded shop.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience in a production shop.
• Able to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• AWS certification a plus—we support it.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld weldments, racks, frames and structures to print.
• Set up station and run FANUC robotic welding cells.
• Read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Inspect own work and hit production targets.
• Keep area safe and clean.
