Southern Perfection Fabrication, Inc. in Byron, GA is hiring for an entry-level fabrication position. No experience is required as we provide on-the-job training, and you will learn by supporting welders, machinists and painters on the shop floor.

This full-time role offers four 10-hour days Monday-Thursday with overtime options and weekend shifts. A retention bonus and clear growth path are provided to help you advance from the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and finish fabricated parts — racks, carts, structures
• Grind, deburr and prep parts for the next step
• Move material and keep the shop flowing
• Support the welders, machinists and painters
• Keep your area clean and safe
