Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries using both robotic and manual procedures. You will assist with pre-operative planning, implant sizing, setup, and real-time workflows in a fast-paced OR environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with Mako technology and manual instrumentation while building strong relationships with surgeons and OR staff across territory accounts. This role includes on-call coverage evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• This role requires fluency in written and spoken English.
• Candidate may need a valid driver’s license.
• Preferred clinical experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Support full case preparation including instrumentation checks and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Shadow teammates to learn territory dynamics and surgeon preferences.
• Participate in product demonstrations, cadaver labs, and education programs.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Complete required trainings, competencies, and certifications.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
