Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree preferred with 1+ years of automation exposure.
• Experience in lab automation or related coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated workcells.
• Collaborate with scientists to translate workflows into automated solutions.
• Assist development and validation of automation methods to improve throughput.
• Program and test liquid handling and automation systems.
• Document work instructions, SOPs, and test reports.
