Waabi is seeking a program management leader to own the roadmap for integrating the Waabi Driver into our commercial fleet. You will connect engineering, operations, and external partners to deliver safe, scalable rider experiences and drive go-to-market strategies.

You will define the integrated plan, manage risks, and partner across teams to ensure on-time launches with clear executive reporting and KPI tracking for readiness of driverless operations.

Qualificações

• 10+ years leading cross-functional technical programs
• Experience in autonomous vehicles or safety-critical environments
• Ability to build program structure from scratch
• Strong hardware, software, and autonomy/ML knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven cross-functional leadership without formal authority
• Hands-on with project tracking tools (Jira/Asana)
• BS/MS in Engineering or CS, or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the integrated robotaxi program plan — milestones, dependencies, and critical path across autonomy, vehicle hardware, safety/V&V, fleet operations, and commercial launch readiness.
• Own program-level risk management with data-backed options and clear owners/ETA for dependencies.
• Drive launch and market-readiness planning across vehicle readiness, ODD coverage, safety sign-off, site readiness, and regulatory/permit requirements.
• Partner with Autonomy, Safety, Commercial, and Operations to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and hold teams accountable.
• Build and run executive reporting — concise updates on program status, risk, and path-to-green for leadership.
• Define and track KPIs measuring readiness for driverless operation (ODD, disengagement rates, system readiness, rider experience).
• Establish scalable processes and tooling for robotaxi program tracking as the program and fleet scale.
• Represent the robotaxi program in cross-company planning, aligning with trucking roadmap and shared platform investments.
