Job summary

Waabi is hiring a Senior Program Manager to own the integrated commercialization plan for trucking. You will align milestones across truck supply, autonomy capabilities, site activations, and commercial commitments, ensuring a single coordinated plan and a fast, risk-aware decision process.

You will lead end-to-end program execution, manage dependencies, and deliver executive-ready updates while collaborating with engineering, operations, sales, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or product leadership in a complex technical environment.
• Ability to integrate programs across teams you do not control, with hardware, software, safety in the loop.
• Technical fluency to assess autonomy or hardware milestones and recovery plans.
• Clear, concise writing and speaking with senior stakeholders, with options.
• Builds minimum structure that works and upgrades it when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated commercialization roadmap for trucking and the weekly operating cadence.
• Maintain the critical path, risks, and decisions with early visibility.
• Lead execution of cross-department milestones involving multiple teams.
• Run the weekly Truck Program cross-functional meeting.
• Establish repeatable frameworks, procedures, and decision loops for scale.
• Produce executive-ready updates and program artifacts.
• Communicate clearly with technical, operational, commercial and executive audiences.
