Waabi, a leader in Physical AI, seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the Autonomy stack powering the Waabi Driver. You will align R&D, engineering, simulation, safety, and commercial teams to deliver autonomous capabilities for trucking and robotaxi at scale.

You will translate complex use cases into requirements, set performance benchmarks, and monitor KPIs like ODD coverage and readiness, guiding the lifecycle from concept to launch in a fast-growing, safety-critical environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Product Management with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or AI/ML systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for trade-offs between performance and safety.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership across fast-growing, cross-functional teams.
• Empathy for engineering, safety drivers, and commercial partners.
• Ability to move from R&D to product-driven execution.
• Passion for autonomous systems and safety-critical software.

Aufgaben

• Define, develop and execute the Autonomy roadmap for trucking and robotaxi verticals.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for autonomy features with measurable benchmarks.
• Coordinate Engineering, Design, Research, Simulation, Safety, and Commercial teams.
• Analyze simulation, track, and road test data to gauge readiness and priorities.
• Model trust and transparency in a high-stakes environment.
• Monitor KPIs such as ODD coverage and route viability to accelerate commercialization.
