Job summary

Waabi, a leader in autonomous driving technology, is seeking a program management leader to own the roadmap for integrating Waabi Driver into our commercial fleet. You will connect engineering, operations, and external partners to deliver safe, scalable rider experiences and contribute to go-to-market strategy.

You will define the integrated plan across autonomy, hardware, safety, and fleet operations; manage risks; drive launches for new markets; and build concise executive updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience leading cross-functional technical programs from ambiguity to delivery.
• Direct experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical cross-functional environments.
• Ability to build program structure with dependency maps, risk registers, and executive reporting in fast-moving settings.
• Strong technical fluency across hardware, software, and autonomy/ML domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft exec-level one-pagers and run reviews.
• Proven cross-functional leadership without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the integrated robotaxi program plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Own program-level risk management with data-backed options and clear ownership.
• Drive launch and market-readiness planning for multiple markets and regulatory needs.
• Partner with Autonomy, Safety, Commercial, and Operations to translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Build and run executive reporting on status, risk, and path-to-green.
• Define and track KPIs for driverless operation readiness and rider experience.
• Establish scalable processes and tooling for robotaxi program tracking.
• Represent the robotaxi program in cross-company planning aligned with trucking roadmap.
