Responsibilities

• Monitor autonomous vehicles and service operations in real time.
• Complete pre-shift checks and troubleshoot basic vehicle issues.
• Create, document, and elevate tickets to the appropriate teams.
• Dispatch Fleet Response crews when vehicles need assistance.
• Monitor road conditions and events that could affect service.
• Place temporary service-area restrictions when needed.
• Communicate clearly across teams to resolve incidents and keep operations moving.
