Job summary

Trucking People is seeking Mission Control Associates to support the real-time operations of a rapidly growing autonomous ride-hailing program in Las Vegas.

You will monitor fleet activity from the Service Operations Command Center, perform pre-mission checks, troubleshoot basic vehicle issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and dispatch response crews to keep service running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work fully on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort navigating computer-based systems and dashboards.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support real-time autonomous vehicle service operations from the Service Operations Command Center.
• Monitor fleet activity and individual vehicle operations.
• Complete pre-mission startup checklists to ensure teams are ready for service.
• Serve as the first point of contact for basic vehicle troubleshooting.
• Identify operational issues and create service disruption tickets using an internal system.
• Escalate technical or operational concerns to appropriate teams.
• Dispatch Fleet Response crews when vehicles need assistance or recovery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide timely status updates.
• Manage operational configurations, including restricted service areas and hours of operation.
• Respond to road incidents, traffic events, and other service disruptions.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Assist with process improvements to increase safety and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with operations, fleet, technical, and support teams.
