ROCKWOOL is seeking a Cold End Robot Operator at our Byhalia, MS facility. You will operate the Unit Load robot, monitor related equipment, and work with a team to keep production moving smoothly on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule from 5 AM to 5 PM.

You will use WinCC to control the line, respond to alarms, and perform routine adjustments. The role requires strong safety awareness and collaboration across shifts to ensure high-quality output.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the Unit Load robot and use WinCC, with routine adjustments for production needs.
• Respond to alarms and clear jams following safe procedures.
• Maintain and service pallet de-stacker, strapper, hooder, and labeler as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment, prepare for product changes, report repairs to Lead Hand or Supervisor.
• Complete shutdown tasks and hand over open issues to the next shift.

We are seeking Cold End Robot Operator based in our Byhalia, MS manufacturing facility (4594 Cayce Road). The position is scheduled for 5AM-5PM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. Your Future Team

In this role, you'll operate and monitor the Unit Load robot and related equipment, ensuring materials move safely and consistently through the production line. You'll keep operations running smoothly, support product transitions, and communicate equipment issues quickly to maintain workflow efficiency. Working closely with the Lead Hand, Supervisor, and cross-functional teams, you'll share shift updates, report unusual conditions, and ensure seamless handovers—making you a critical part of our production success.

Compensation

$21/hour, plus annual performance bonus based on factory-wide key performance indicators.

• Experience communicating equipment status, production issues, and shift updates to supervisors and cross-functional departments in a manufacturing environment

What You'll Do

• Operate the Unit Load robot, use WinCC, and make routine adjustments to support production needs
• Respond to alarms and clear line, label, and equipment jams by following established safe procedures
• Maintain the pallet de-stacker, strapper, hooder, and labeler by changing rolls, adjusting tension, and keeping equipment ready
• Troubleshoot equipment problems, prepare for product changes, and report breakdowns or repair needs to the Lead Hand or Supervisor
• Complete shutdown tasks, keep the work area clean and safe, and hand over open issues to the next shift
