ROCKWOOL Group in Byhalia, MS is seeking a Robot Operator to join the production line on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will operate unit load (Robot) using WinCC, respond to alarms, and support safe, efficient manufacturing.
You will read and follow written instructions, troubleshoot equipment, maintain safety standards, and collaborate across departments to keep production goals on track.

Experience in machine set-up, machine operations and computers Drive, commitment, positive attitude, and high energy Must know how equipment operates in order to clear equipment safely. Good understanding of H+S requirements and works in a safe manner. Must be a self-starter. Good people and communication skills: must be able to communicate well with all departments. Must be a team player. The ability to read and understand written instructions. To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Hands-on problem solver Must be able to take direction and work at times with minimal supervision.
