Job summary

POP MART, a global leader in trend culture, is hiring a Vending Machine Associate to manage our RoboShop operations in the North American Retail team. You will oversee local RoboShop performance, restock products, maintain shop hygiene, and handle customer service experiences.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months in retail, with strong communication and a sharp eye for detail. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel within the NYC area as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or at least 6-month retail experience.
• Great communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends.
• Having a driver’s license or vehicle is a plus; transportation is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage Robo Shop operations, restocking, sanitation, and customer service to meet performance targets.
• Assist warehouse and goods management, including receiving, storage, allocation and inventory.
• Assist development manager with leasing process and file management for Robo Shop contracts.
• Support store sales in the NYC area as needed.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
