Job summary

POP MART in the United States is seeking a Vending Machine Associate to manage Robo Shop operations, restock products, ensure sanitation, and handle customer concerns to meet performance targets.

You will also assist warehouse and goods management, follow up on leasing contracts for Robo Shop, and support store sales in the NYC area as needed. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required. Transportation is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or at least 6-month retail or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a great personality.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends.
• Transportation is required for this role due to commuting needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Robo Shop operations, restock products, maintain sanitation, and address customer complaints to meet performance targets.
• Assist warehouse and goods management, including inventory control and storage/logistics.
• Support leasing process follow-up and file management for Robo Shop contracts.
• Assist store sales around the NYC area as needed.
