Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Vending Machine Associate to join its North American Retail Business team. The role oversees Robo Shop operations, product restocking, sanitation, and handling customer issues to meet performance targets.

This position also supports warehouse and goods management, contract filing for Robo Shop leases, and may assist store sales in the NYC area as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong communication, and a proactive, flexible attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of retail or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a great personality.
• Tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends.
• Having a driver’s license or vehicle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Robo Shop management and product restocking.
• Assist warehouse and inventory management including goods in/out and allocation.
• Support leasing process and contract filing for Robo Shop locations.
• Assist store sales in the NYC area when needed.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
