Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Vending Machine Associate to manage our RoboShop operations and ensure strong performance across the NYC area.

You will handle product restocking, sanitation, and customer service, supporting store stocking and related tasks as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, retail experience a plus, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or at least 6 months retail or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong self-motivation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends.
• Driver's license or access to a vehicle is a plus.
• Transportation is a non-negotiable; commute required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Robo Shop operations, restock products, ensure sanitation and address customer complaints.
• Assist warehouse and goods management including stocking, allocation, and inventory.
• Assist development manager with Robo Shop contracts and leasing file management.
• Support store sales in the NYC area as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
