Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Vending Machine Associate to manage Robo Shop operations, stock products, and deliver responsive customer service within the North American retail team. You will help keep stock levels, assist with inventory, and support leasing/file management for Robo Shops while remaining adaptable to varying schedules.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to commute as needed, including flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or at least 6 months retail or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; commute is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Robo Shop operations and product restocking to meet performance targets.
• Assist warehouse and inventory management, including in/out storage and allocation.
• Support the development manager with Robo Shop contract file management and leasing follow-ups.
• Provide store sales support in the NYC area when needed.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
