Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Vending Machine Associate to join our North American Retail team. You will manage RoboShop operations, restock products, ensure sanitary standards, and promptly address customer concerns while supporting warehouse and contract file management.

This role requires occasional travel around the NYC area for store coverage and collaboration with the development manager. You will work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and contribute to inventory control, leasing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 6 months retail experience.
• Great personality and excellent communication skills.
• Tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong self‑driving force.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in any other language is a plus.
• Driver's license or owning a vehicle is a plus.
• Transportation is non-negotiable; role involves a commute.

Responsibilities

• Robo Shop management, product restocking, sanitary and customer complaint handling to ensure performance.
• Assist warehouse and goods management including inbound/outbound inventory.
• Assist development manager to follow up with Robo Shop contracts leasing processes and file management.
• Assist store sales around the NYC area if needed.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
