Job summary

POP MART, a global leader in designer toy culture, is seeking a Vending Machine Associate for our North American Retail team. You’ll manage Robo Shop operations, restock products, handle customer service, and assist with store support duties across NYC-area locations as needed.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED (or 6 months retail experience), strong communication skills, and a reliable schedule including nights and weekends; a driver’s license is a plus and transportation is

• High School Diploma or GED, or 6+ months retail or related experience.
• Strong communication skills and a great personality.
• Tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Self-driven with ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage Robo Shop operations and product restocking.
• Assist warehouse and inventory management (in/out of storage, allocation, etc).
• Support leasing process/file management for Robo Shop contracts.
• Provide store sales support in the NYC area as needed.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
