Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Vending Machine Associate to manage the RoboShop operations, restock products, maintain sanitation, and deliver solid customer service within the North American Retail team.

You will assist with warehousing tasks, inventory control, lease file management for Robo Shop contracts, and may support store sales around the NYC area. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required, and transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D., or at least 6-month retail or related experience.
• Great personality and excellent communication skills.
• Possesses a tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong self-driving force.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including nights, evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in any other language is a plus.
• Having a driver's license or having a vehicle is a plus.
• Transportation is a non-negotiable for this role, this role involves a commute.

Responsibilities

• Manage Robo Shop operations, restock products, maintain sanitation, and address customer complaints.
• Assist warehouse and goods management including inbound/outbound, allocation and inventory.
• Support leasing process and file management of Robo Shop contracts.
• Assist store sales around the NYC area if needed.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
